The CrossFit prescription is performing “functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity.” CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. The CrossFit program is designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible.
Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills.
Pillar Crossfit offers a variety of classes to fit any schedule. Open 7 day's a week classes start at 5 a.m and the last class begins at 7 p.m.

Pillar Church Bible Study was founded in November, 2014 by Coach/Co-Owner Wayne Lunsford as part of Pillar CrossFit's commitment to Build Elite Athletes through Spiritual and Physical Fitness.

I never imagined on day one that walking through the doors at Pillar CrossFit would have such an incredible impact on my life. Not just Physically, but Spiritually as well.
